What good menopause coaching actually looks like

What good menopause coaching actually looks like

A supportive coach won’t hand you a one-size-fits-all routine. They’ll help you build confidence, context and a plan that can change with you.

Menopause coaching is not about being told to try harder. It is a collaborative process: understanding your life, your training history, your priorities and the signals your body is giving you.

The plan should fit your real week

A useful programme considers work, caring responsibilities, sleep, stress and access to equipment. It has a clear focus, but it also has room to flex.

Confidence is a training outcome

Good coaching teaches you why you are doing an exercise, how to adapt it and how to judge effort. Over time, you become less dependent on the plan and more confident making decisions for yourself.

A coach is not a replacement for medical care. The right professional will encourage you to speak to your healthcare team when symptoms or concerns need clinical support.
